I enjoyed a delicious meal at a Vietnamese restaurant with my husband, where we had grilled pork with noodles and rice. The food was good overall, but I felt that adding lemongrass to the pork would enhance the flavor even more. Despite this, the lotus salad was a standout dish that I wished I had taken a photo of before diving in. The spacious dining room and quick, friendly service made for a pleasant experience, and we plan to return in the future.
