Great food and great people!

Extremely Rude unprofessional experience from the very beginning.
I was ignored as I walked inside the door and waited to be seated . Obviously, the host thought her cell phone -as I could see she was texting- was more important than I was . As I politely asked for a table , she told me very rudely that it was going to be over an hour wait . However, I could see several open clean tables . When I finally got seated the seat was wet and dirty and the floor had dirty silverware , dirty napkins and smashed french fries which I
stepped in . My Server was warm and welcoming as I was greeted but we felt rushed for placing our order as it was a very busy and high energetic and very loud atmosphere.
My party of 4 felt that it was a very disappointing experience and will NOT be returning to Libby's to dine unfortunately and we will communicate this experience to our friends , business acquaintances and neighbors as we live close by in The Lake Club.
Looks like our new local restaurant will be Owens Fish Camp which we had a wonderful enjoyable professional experience at the following Evening.

We have been to the new Lakewood Ranch Libby's 3/times and I must say, if they don't do something about the flies, we will not be returning! The food was good, but it is very concerning and unhealthy to have flies landing on your food, hands, face.......... Find a solution before someone reports you to the health department!
