Went for my birthday lunch.. got blue crab and lobster boils both under cooked. Told the waitress and all she said well I guess I won't suggest that anymore. Then cleared the table while we signed the check to leave .. no I am sorry or anything.. like wow..

Not ordinarily inclined to write a review. Needed to because I saw some negativity on yelp by a dining amateur. Anyone can have a bad experience. Not so in my case or in the case of the 37 people who came together for a reunion luncheon gathering attention in Citrus---The Usual Suspects. The varied dishes came out hot and on time. There were absolutely no complaints---in and of itself this is amazing because this can be a critical group of diners. The food was exceptional. Clearly TBY took some of their previous constructive criticism seriously. They have new Chefs (not to be confused with cooks) who aim to take this restaurant to the next level. They hired Joshua who used to be the Chef at the Country Club of Ocala. He has assembled a team and intends to make what might look like a neighborhood tavern/restaurant into a destination stop. The food is plentiful with an eclectic menu they are improving on every month. This is a dining and drinking stop deserving of prime attention. It won't be long until it is a recognized gem. Kind of like that stock you crave before the masses find it. Bon appetite!!

Greeted by friendly staff as we entered the door. We were seated in a ti.ely manner. The food is excellent - I highly recommend the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. Our waitress Xena was excellent. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. All in all a really good dining experience!
