Revised Review: It was so great to meet the owner, Paul, today! Im so happy to have spoken with him and I can't wait to bring my family and dine in one day. The establishment is absolutely gorgeous and talking with Paul just made me feel even better regarding my experiences. I need to be more patient and understanding, as at times I am too quick to pass judgment but thank God Paul and I met and talked things out! That really impressed me that he came out to speak with me and apologize face-to-face, and things like that really tug at my heart because I feel like he actually cares about his customers. I was offered a genuine apology and an offer for a partial refund and a waffle free of charge, and I really, truly appreciate that! However, I declined the partial refund as I still ate and enjoyed the waffles. I now feel like I am valued as a customer, and I do appreciate the kindness! Thank you for valuing me, Paul and the rest of your team at Eurasian Bistro!! I will gladly come back as your food is extremely tasty. you have definitely showed me you do value us; that you see us more than financial means but as humans who deserve amazing food and amazing service!! Thank you!! I'll be back ASAP!

I think they blocked me on Facebook🤣OMg smh How immature and unprofessional; just because my review was low. That shows this business lacks in integrity, pride in their services and work, professionalism, and does not value their customers who choose to use our hard earned money at this restaurant smh I ordered online a Pandan Waffle (along with other items) and the lady who answered the phone said she did forget to put the drizzle on it and only apologized. I should have been offered either another one with the drizzle for free or a partial refund for the missing ingredient! I tipped over $6 and it was a pick up order, so I don't have to tip at all but I always and do and give at least 20%! This is not okay and definitely NOT worth a 20% tip! If you make a mistake on an order then you make it right! Don't just say "oh well, sorry I messed up the best part of part of your meal, too bad part of your order is not right but have a nice day!" Smh No more tips from me when I pick up orders!! That's not how you treat customers, especially if they tip when they don't have to! Please give us the service we pay for if nothing else. Thankfully the other items in my orders from yesterday and today were/are correct and tasted delicious.
