After recently being diagnosed with Celiac and unable to eat gluten or dairy, I gave up on the idea that I'd ever eat delicious fresh baked goods again. Then, I moved to Naples, FL and discovered CAK'D. Everything Maria makes is so yummy - it's dangerous! I share her deserts with friends and family as often as possible and everyone is blown away by the flavor. If I didn't tell them, they wouldn't know that what they were eating was gluten and dairy free. Not only is everything delicious, her presentation is on point as well. I am so grateful to be able to enjoy fresh baked goods again.
