Me encanta toda su comida,sus postres y el servicios,aunque de vez en cuando un poco lento,aunq comprendo q siempre esta llenó......pero no importa seguirí© llendo por su comida Dios los Bendiga

oved to the neighborhood 2 yrs ago (in 2012). Walked into Melao and was almost immediately reminded that I was not in Burger King and could not have it my way. All I wanted was to substitute one item with another. Very rude, horrible customer service. The manager refused to address the issue with me. Needless to say, I walked out and have not gone back until today (only because I keep seeing commercials and was curious). SO!!! I walk in today, order my food after 25 minutes (there were only a few people ahead of me) because they have NO organization behind the counter, no system or signs telling the customers where to order. When I received my order, the food (which was freshly made cause it was a special order) was cold, my soda was hot, the vegetables came out of a can, the young lady that handed me my food was VERY snotty and the restaurant was overall dirty. Before leaving I ordered some pastry's because they looked tasty (not as good as they looked) when I got home, I noticed that 4 out of 5 of the items that I ordered were wrong. I drove back there, informed the girl at the register of the mistake and she & 2 other servers were more interesed in "who made the mistake" instead of correcting it and getting me on my way. In addition, they wanted me to pay an additional $1.50 because there was a price difference. I agreed to pay the difference if they agreed to pay for my gas for having to come back. They called it a day.... Food is good but not great. Certainly not worth the aggrevation....
