Although food is great, customer service is terrible
Ordered: 3 Lunch Combos and a bottle of Diet Coke
Delivery; 3 Lunch Combos and a can of Diet Coke.
Complaint with the deliver driver
Store called back, store clerk thought 1 would like a can of coke.
Lunch for 3 people and just a can of coke
Ordered for over USD 100,00 during the last 2 weeks
got 3 times the correct bottle of Diet Coke but not today
No problem solving skills
Would deliver a bottle later, may have to weait a long time and then she hung up.
No customer service at all, the manner is not acceptable. No sorry, no credit
Why should I ever order again?

Although food is great, customer service is terrible. I ordered food and I had my mom grab the money for the delivery guy. I was going to tip him until he asked if he could keep the full amount of change, which was about $17.00 anyway, he then told my mother, to pick up the food herself next time. I went and confronted him and he then said what kind of man am I for letting my mother stiff him on the tip. I then let him know that I had my new born in my arms and that's why my mom paid. He didn't care went on about his car and his tips. Told me I need an education if I can't afford to give a tip. Blown away by the disrespect. BEWARE!!!!
