We had a fantastic dining experience at C Level. The pork chop I ordered was absolutely delicious, and my wife loved her tuna tatami. The appetizers, wine selection, and overall service were exceptional. The staff, including our server Gerry H, were attentive and provided excellent recommendations. We look forward to returning for another wonderful meal at C Level.

I patronize restaurants 2-3 times a week. For budgetary reasons I don't get to C-Level nearly as often as I would like, but it is at least in the top 5 of my favorites of all the restaurants in the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Thankfully, my son knows this and occasionally provides me with a gift card to this fine venue.
With regard to the location of the building, it was once said that restaurants in strip shopping centers were to be avoided, but if this was taken literally in our area, there would be very few fine restaurants to patronize.
At one point there was one particular server who did not do a good job and my party happened to be at his station 2-3 times but I have not seen him there for at least a year or two and all of the other servers have been excellent.
I am so sorry that your experience was not the same as I have always experienced.

Rude owner, manager , terrible service. Food good , but service slow and lazy. Used to go there regularly while old owners. New owner now is an arrogant , rude , twit. He thinks he's running a world class restaurant with famous chefs. He's in a strip mall next to a pizza place and a bank. Don't waste your time and money..
