My squeaky clean barbeque restaurant
seats about 30. Family friendly. 2 beer limit

The "K C" stands for Kansas City where I judged brisket at the big show for years. That means low slow hickory smoke & home made sides.

Kansas City brisket, Memphis dry pork loin ribs & deep South pulled pork.

Sorry, no Carolina BBQ today.

the ribs and the brisket are the best I have ever had. Try the coleslaw and potato salad as well. It is yummy!
