Appetizing

Dirty place. Bathroom door frame was falling apart, the vent was duct-taped to the wall, the tables were dirty, and the salt & pepper shakers were covered in grime. Our server was nice, but I have had better food from a microwave dinner. Very dissatisfying and disappointing. Won't be back

e have eaten here many times and have always had exemplary service and food. However, on this last visit, it was Octoberbest, we arrived at 6:30 pm, eventually got a table inside, with no assistance from staff, even though there was a sign saying wait to be seated, it was very unorganized and chaotic. After sitting at a dirty table for about 10 minutes a waitress showed up, cleared the table, gave us menus and took a drink order. She came back in about 5 minutes with our drinks and took off again. After sitting another 20 minutes, she finally came back and asked if we still wanted to order. It was 7:30 by this time and she said they close at 8. She said it would take an hour to get our food and we would be better off just ordering appetizers, which there were only 3 on the menu. There were 6 of us and we were celebrating my granddaughters birthday. We wanted to order 6 meals. We left money on the table for the drinks she brought and left. We spent over $200 at another restaurant. I will NEVER go back there. I have never been to a restaurant that actually was trying to get you to order less or not order at all.
