Party of 4 on Dec 20th. Three of my friends were not happy with their dinners, shrimp and grits, mahi mani and crab cake. I had the salmon, was very good. My friends did not pass on their feelings to the waitress. Think they should have..... Don't know if they will go back.....

my wife and I have been to patio850 on several occations and have always found the staff to be friendly and proficient. we love what the menu has on it. we have never been treated rudely or any other way other than like friends or family. I always take out of town guests there and they always say how they wish they had such a place where they live. we will be stopping by again and again!

I had to give it a star, due to not being able to give the restaurant negative stars. The food was very good but it did not make up for the awful service. Our waiter, who has been there for four months refused to write down any of our orders, even after many times of our party of 16 suggesting that he does. All our food was brought out, finally after over an hour and not at the same time correctly, I will give them that. He did have help, but not much, the blonde helping him(Jessica?) was very rude and slammed plates and gave dirty looks to us. We did call ahead, about three hours and were confirmed by a rather rude call back by the manager. When we asked to eat the birthday cake we brought, it was brought out for us to set up, in front of the birthday girl. Again the blonde didn't bring more silver wear and seemed bothered when we asked for desert plates. Check please! Oh you have to wait at least an hour for that to happen too. The male waiter couldn't keep all the checks straight, who would have known! The manager blamed us for splitting plates and not sitting next to each other while doing it and the computer. She was very rude and kept coming over and blaming the party, not helping the wait staff while we grew even more impatient. I complained that he should have written our orders and splits down, only to be told that she never does. i then asked how long shes been doing this to be told 34 years, i said to his 4 months, he should be writing it down. Her defense was he got all the orders right, just not the splits, touché. My check came last and was wrong twice, once I corrected it, second time I did not. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
