Beautiful place

Waited 10 minutes at hostess station. When she finally came she said go sit wherever you want.
I sat at a dirty table (all were dirty) no one came to the table, no one acknowledged me or greeted me of even maid eye contact. After 15 minutes I left.
I will never enter this place again. It is the worst!!

We have eaten at Dewar's several times in our trips to Ft. Myers area and have always has a pleasant experience. This last week we were returning from a trip and stopped for breakfast. We arrived at 9:45am after getting through security and waited at least 15 mintues to be seated. There was no hostess and there were open tables, but not cleared and the sign said to wait to be seated. We then waited for the table to be cleared and finally were given a menu and were told they were on a lunch menu. It was now 10:15am. The waitness finally came back and when we asked if we could get breafast, she said no and that the shifts were changing and it would be at least 20 mintues before the new shift was able to cook food. We left and were very disappointed in the fact that we had been there before 10 am and could not get breakfast. We did not want lunch at 10:30am. The waitness said they had run out of breakfast items and would be serving lunch. It is not the fault of the waitnress, but fault of the management and they were other customers that left also. Mis-management in all areas and very unprepared!
