We had a terrible experience with the food today. Side was undercooked and steak overcooked. Very disappointed.

Was there 3 different times and felt it was never worth it ,always was something wrong from grisly steak to cold Food but the servers were always great.

You can Never go wrong eating here. Starting with salad. I'm in love with their Caesar Wow so yummy. They really up on making a Great Cocktail. Steaks Amazing. Highly Recommend Prime Serious

Went there on Valentine's Day they didn't have what I wanted so I got something different and that was just little warm over cooked and no flavor.
So I called the next day to let them no I wasn't happy with it and you think they would call back No I will never go back there again and I know they don't care

well i have to say have been a fan for prime since i had moved up here 4 years ago one of the first restaurants i went to. but the last two experiences have been terrible and have dealt with Sam the manager and usually very nice and supportive but the last few times service was horrible did not cook steak to order cold food and the final straw we were in there for dinner at 7pm and they run out of poppers there signature rolls and when i tried to talk to Sam about it he was "oh well we were busy" just very rude and will say the food and service have dropped off completely and feel they really dont care to hear that so i will not be going back and it is very sad because i went there about twice a month but sure they dont care!!!

Thought I was going to have a great dining experience, sadly disappointed For starters I ordered the Carpaccio appetizer , It was so thin it wanted to stick to the plate, could not be picked up with fork without breaking apart. Then came the entrí©e, I had the 12 oz Prime (?? ) Rib. very disappointed as it was not at all tender . Greatest part of the meal was the two Budweisers, they were priced very reasonable
