The Food is delicious but one of the workers is awful and rude on the phone when I tried to place an order. she yelled at me and kept interrupting me while I was trying to tell her what I wanted. And when I asked her if they had mac and cheese, she said: It;s on the menu....don't ask me if we have it just order it and I'll tell you if we have it". I never have had this trouble when ordering over the phone with the sweet ladies that usually answer the phone, but the Asian woman has no patience, and curteousy. She should not be answering the phone for Dwarf Chicken.
The only reason I didn't cancel my order today with her is I already told my daugher and her family that I would getting them some delicious fried chicken from Dwarf Chicken....it really is the best ever chicken (and mack and cheese in Pensacola and beyond! Just hope you don't get the cranky, rude Asian lady when you call to order your food and don't say something just right when you are ordering (she will be sure to rudely set you straight)! Everyone else there at Dwarf Chicken are wonderful, just like the food!
