I used to manage the technical systems at Elev8 Fun in Sanford at the Sanford Mall and Sushi Heaven was my go-to for lunch during the build-out. Spending $20 a day on sushi was totally worth it, even though the mall was a bit lackluster. The sushi rolls were always fresh and delicious, making it my favorite spot for a quick and tasty meal in the area.
