We have been eating at Dougs for 7 years. Recently new management took over and we ordered the daily fish and chips. The odor permeated the refrigerator and the trash can the fish smell was so strong. That was a first for us ever. We will give them one more chance and then we will move on if need be.

We will miss eating their previously delicious food!

To bad the new owners seem to not care what the old Doug's was all about have tried it 3 times each time was worse not only that I encountered rude help they will not c me again not only that I play cards at the poker room and many r talking about what is happening u better get your act together

Visited yesterday evening 2/18/22. Arrived at 7:37. Waited in line for about 5 minutes. When approached at counter to give my order I was asked is this for here or take out. I answered for here. Was told abruptly and rudely that I can only get take out since we close at 8:00. The sign on the door and website said open until 8:00. I drove 25 minutes to get there and said, do you expect me to drive all the way back home to eat my dinner? I will not eat dinner in my car. Was very rudely answered, "That's up to you". I guess it is up to me and I left. Just wonder what else is wrong in this place. Future patrons beware!

The sides could be better for the lobster roll. For a $17.95 small lobster roll, it would be nice to have fries at least instead of potato chips

My first time at Doug's Picked up Manhattan clam chowder soup to go I have to say I have had this soup in many restaurants , and also have made this myself. This is the best I ever had. You will see us many time, can't wait to try your other delish meals Thank you we just found a new place..👏👏
