We enjoy dining at this cozy spot where the staff greets us warmly and the atmosphere is inviting. Our favorite time to visit is for breakfast, although the chef salad is also a delicious option. The food is consistently tasty, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes served.

SLOW service. The dining room was half capacity and it took 20 minutes for a DRINK ORDER. We were actually ready to order at that point, but the waitress said wait. Ten minutes later, the manager walked by and pointed at us, saying, "I will take your order," then walked away. Ten minutes after that the waitress came by.
I ordered an omelette, what a poor choice apparently! Small, dry omelette. The grits were soup, no amount of salt, pepper, and butter gave them flavor.
My friend had a burger, said it was grainy and hard to chew. He ate half. I've never seen him eat half a plate, lol!
Thoroughly disappointing, will not go back. How can this place survive with so many other great places around?
(Oh, some guy brought in this tiny dog and it wouldn't stop making sick noises as it ate from the table.)
