Picture a charming little cafí© by the beach where the breakfast magic happens, and trust me, it's worth a short wait! The menu's half portions let you indulge in everything, and after savoring the perfectly cooked eggs benedict and stuffed French toast, you'll be planning your next visit before you even leave!

Our experience was abysmal! The food was cold, luke warm at best, dishes were dirty and unsanitary!! The waitress went from sweeping the floor to handling our food! The crepes were cold, the bacon tasted like it was made three days ago and reheated. The waitress may have also been sick and was hack coughing all over the restaurant. I will NEVER eat there again! No genuine apology for our experience and rushed out like we were an inconvenience. Do NOT eat here!!

I was invited to go out to eat after church today to Simply Delicious in Cocoa Beach. It was excellent I looked around the table, beautiful site, awesome! Highly recommend Simply Delicious to all. I'll be back!!! Thank you

We're snowbirds and continue to eat here at least 3 times a month. Waitresses are friendly and work very hard. The food is the BEST!!

After so many years, Simply Delicious is still the best! The pistachio muffins are amazing and every time I order the quiche, its fresh and very tasty!

This is the best breakfast, brunch, lunch in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. The food is amazing Everything is fresh.. . The owner is very personable. The staff is always smiling.. My husband and I frequent this place. It is also fabulous for women to get together!!!
This is a must try... then you will be hooked!

This place has a very rude owner. He messed up our orders twice and hung up on us each time we called to inform him of the issue. Should be called simply rude!
