My mom and I went to this cozy diner for her birthday breakfast last weekend, and it had that classic 'mom and pop shop' vibe with happy regulars all around. They serve up classic diner dishes at really good prices, and you can even grab some deli meats and spreads to take home if you're into that. The service was lightning fast, which was a pleasant surprise, and the overall experience left me impressed.

The Green Owl in Boynton Beach has become our Monday Morning "Go To" place for breakfast. Food is consistently excellent and the staff is very fine. Great place to go if you are in a hurry, as well a when you just want to hang out for a leisurely meal. Known to have some "down home" things on the menu that you just don't find elsewhere, and open to creating things to order on the spot.
