This bakery has wonderful people and delicious food. Their fresh bread and pastries always brighten my day.

Such a cool bakery with friendly folks. They deliver fresh bread to local restaurants and whip up delicious cakes for special occasions. Don't even get me started on their Italian subs and pasta - so tasty! I popped in for lunch one day feeling a bit down, and the staff totally turned my day around with their warmth and those irresistible rainbow cookies. I left with a pound of them and a huge #3 sub that hit the spot. Plus, they threw in a free loaf of Italian bread - day officially made!

This is in response to the lady that ordered the cake for her 94-year-old mom ,she ordered it the same day as her mother's birthday, I felt so bad that she forgot to order for her mother's birthday I told her I would try to make that delivery and do the best I could but I had to make the cake we usually ask for even a minimum of 24 hours to place an order but since it was the same day I was going to try to make the delivery, I was able to make the delivery the following morning which was still within 24 hours I also refunded her $47 so the cake and the pastries were free , after the free service the free delivery and the free products , she still wasn't happy, next time please call the day before and don't expect anyone to bake your mama birthday cake the same day as you order it, I felt so bad that you didn't call ahead that I was going to do my best to try to get that to her but I wasn't able to do it within few hours , bake it and deliver it , while helping customers with previous orders that were called in weeks in advance ,actually I did deliver it within 24 hours of her call and gave her all her money back and she still gave me a bad write up I really hope God blesses her and she remembers to place her calls in advance. My heart ❤️ goes out to your mom for a beautiful birthday.

Ordered a cake, cannolis and cookies to be delivered to my 94 year old mother-in-law for her birthday today. The lady on the other end told me her mother was almost the same age and was very pleasant and told me she would call me when she was on her way. I paid $10 for delivery since I'm a couple of hours away. Well I went to do my errands late this afternoon and when I returned my husband told me the cake never made it and I should cancel since it was already after 6pm and his parents would be getting ready for bed.

I called Magnolia immediately and no answer. I texted the number they sent my receipt on and got a company message from a payment company. Call again and finally the same lady answers. I tell her I had a 4pm delivery that was never made. She very non-chalantly tells me they got busy--as if that was my problem. She really didn't give a crap and only said she was leaving now, at almost 6:30pm, becuz my tone was not pleasant. I told her my in-laws are 94 years old and almost ready for bed. She didn't apologize or even show a drop of compassion or even offer a discount for the aggravation. I guess Latino customers aren't a priority.

I'll never know how good their products are becuz after this experience I would never give them my business again.

This is only about the POOR SERVICE I was provided.

UPDATE: It is now almost 7:30pm and no delivery. I'd like to cancel and get a full refund but now there is nobody answering their phone.

UPDATE #2: It's 8:30pm. No delivery. Not even a phone call to explain or apologize. The embarrassment and humiliation is hitting my husband harder than me.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

I was not feeling well (not Covid) and the owner kindly drove all the way across town to deliver my longing for their wonderful Italian Cheese Cake. These people are the best.

Friendly service and great Baked goods. If you come for lunch expect to wait a bit, it is worth it. If you have a complaint, let them know they will bend over backwards to correct anything and make you happy.

Sub had plenty of meat which was good, but I asked for lettuce, tomato and onion. I got about 3 leafs of lettuce, a small chunk of a tomato on an 8 inch sub, and no onion (my favorite part of an Italian style sub). The bread was kind of hard/stale. Had to wait a little bit which would have been ok if it was worth it. Next time I'll just hit Subway..
