CLEAN! Well cooked and seasoned food. Great service. An awesome buffet! Not fancy, but a true bargain.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I went in on my lunch break. Made a plate of food and after taking the 1st bite, It grossed me out. I then told the manager that I did not like it and I would be leaving to go eat somewhere else and was then told that even though I didn't like it or eat it, I still had to pay full price for it!! I have waitressed for over 13 years and have NEVERRRRRR come across making someone pay for food they didn't eat or enjoy. I will absolutely NEVERRRRRR go back to eat at Chow Tyme on 9th ave. The WORST customer service.
