I found a great Chinese restaurant while biking cross country, and the food is amazing. The kids working there have poor attitudes, but the fresh takeout and delivery service make up for it.

The Shrimp Fried Rice was Ok. The Cashew Chicken was WAY beyond par. I think I got 1 cashew and most of it consisted of 10 lbs of celery...not a substitute for cashews, IMHO. I asked that they include lots of hot mustard with my order...I got 3 packs total. Overall, I think it was overpriced and definitely it underproduced my expectations.
