I had an excellent meal at a Chinese restaurant in Hernando, where the hibachi salmon dinner was fantastic, and my wife enjoyed a flavorful General Tso's chicken. The portions were huge, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly, making it a place I plan to visit regularly for great food and a pleasant experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The broccoli and beef was really delicious.
The workers have a limited command of English. It's probably a good idea to go there in person, although they did take a phone order or two while we there. We traveled 9 miles, but worth the trip

I've been patronizing Chinese Restaurants for 50+ years / Never Ever experienced such incredibly rude and obnoxious patrons
Given them 3 tries.

I've been a regular customer of Chan's since they opened years ago. Called tonight to order the pepper steak combo. The person taking my order never asked my name, nor gave me an order #. I got there after the 35 minutes they told me I had to wait. The girl at the counter- she wasn't the usual Chinese girl, but an American, was rude when I didn't have an order #. While I was standing there, she took a sip of soda and burped loudly. What a nasty slob.

Ordered carry out two days ago. The shrimp egg foo young - all 3 were burnt on one side. They were all carefully hidden when packaging them up. The Lo Mein was tasteless, hardly anything but noodles, only a very few small pieces of chicken. The Beef Fried Rice was not good. Flavorless and the rice was terrible. This is the first time in a few years we gave this place a try. It will be the last.

What they don't use tonight will be used tomorrow!!! This place use to be good, now it's plain damn nasty!! I watched the guy cooking drop an egg roll on the floor and pick it up and put it in a takeout bag. I said something to the girl at the register and she acted like she didn't understand me. The cashier will take your order and your money and never wash her hands before helping out your food in the bag.! When you stand and watch these people behind the counter, you will have a whole new outlook on the cleanliness of this place. Trust me, they reuse, they don't throw away.

Long wait time (32 minutes) for a container of soup. They also round off your total to the next 5 cents. Cashier also hanldes food with bare hands, cooks do not wear head gear.
