I visited a Chinese buffet located in a shopping plaza and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes offered. The peanut chicken dish was delicious, and I enjoyed the unique addition of fried green tomatoes. The seafood salad was decent, and the fresh shrimp was a nice touch. The staff was attentive, and the restaurant was clean and tidy, making it a good place to grab a quick lunch.

Almost everytime we go to Dade City we eat at China Buffet. We really like it. The only thing I would like to be different, to have shrimp on buffet during the day. But it is a 5 star to me.

Our family calls their food "clean" Chinese. The reason is because everytime we go:
1. the food is bright (fresh colorful veggies)
2. the food is the perfect temperature (hot)
3. the food is tastefully presented (looks fabulous)
4. the food is delicious and distinquinshed (perfect)
5. the premise is clean & light
6. the staff is professional and helpful
7. the take away is always correct and plentiful

It is our go to restaurant when we want hot delicious filling food.
