I have been eating at Colombia house for over 40 years. Kinda like McDonald's no matter which one you dine at it will all taste the same . If your in a hurry , don't come here . This is a adventure with great food . Always enough for another meal the next day . It is by far my favorite place to eat .

Anytime my wife and I go to St. Augustine from Jacksonville, we make a point to dine at the Columbia. Today was no exception, our server (Amber) was terrific and the food was the usual--outstanding.

Very crowded restaurant, overpriced food. If you are having a special occasion find another place. Food is not that good, I've had better for less at food trucks.

Dinner at the Columbia has long been an annual event for my Sunday School Class (from Jacksonville). Our most recent trip was, once again, delightful. Starting with pitchers of Sangria made table side, followed by soup or smaller versions of the classic salads, the variety of entrees each offered a fragrant taste-filled meal. The shrimp in the dish I ordered were large and flavorful. No one was going away hungry. Everyone actually carried away enough food for another meal! The service was wonderful as was the atmosphere. The Columbia has been around over a hundred years and has everything it needs to stay around for at least another hundred. Make reservations!
