I have been a loyal customer of this charming ice cream shop for 17 years, drawn in by the nostalgic old-school vibe and friendly service. The drive-thru may have long lines, but the wait is always worth it for a delicious treat. From the variety of flavors to the generous portion sizes, this place never fails to satisfy my sweet cravings and leave me with a smile.

I was pleased to find such a nice ice cream shop or so I thought. I have been a patron only recently but steadily lately. I noticed a hair in my hard serve (which was of a totally different color than my own) ice cream about two weeks ago. Recently, I noticed everytime this one young male employee serves me ice cream, he "skimps" on all the fixings of the sundae. When brought to his attention he says I will have to "pay more" for extra. I mentioned to him that I already tip them when I come. He just pretended not to hear what I had said. Apparently, tipping doesn't matter but that is fine with me since I won't be patronizing this ice cream parlor any longer and will make sure I let all my friends know about my recent experiences there.
