The wings and drinks were enjoyable, with a good variety of flavors to choose from. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was cozy for a casual lunch or dinner experience.

We where sat in the back, lost in the sea of waitresses gossiping about someone. Left.

When we entered we (My wife and I) were sat way in the back. We were completely forgot about. After about 15 minutes I went to the front desk and told them. A nice waitress came right over and said she was sorry and took our drink order. She came back in about 10 minutes with our drinks and my wife and I ordered wings. 40 minutes later we were still not served. We got up and left and I asked to speak to a manager. A YOUNG man came up and I voiced my complaint and we left. We went right down the street to Beef O Bradies and had some great wings with good service. I won't go back to Frankies.

Went there this past week. Not the same since they moved the location. No more fried haddock on the menu. That was the best thing there! What a disappoint. Had the fish sandwich, bun was dry like it had been sitting around a while. The fish was definitely packaged and in the middle of the fish it had a very oily taste. No carrots or dip were put on anyone's table, as I watched to see if we were the only ones who did not get the carrots. I guess you now have to ask for the carrots. Service was good. The last time I went two weeks ago, got the philly cheesesteak sandwich, but was hard and dried out, meat was tough and the cheese had all sunk into the bread or meat. Don't know where it went!. Fries were burnt and dark brown. Had to talk to the manager about the price of something on the check. The manager was less than pleasant and leaned over the table to get up in someone's face to argue her point. She stated "I can't take an uneven amount off of the bill." What the heck does that mean? Could she have removed it, if it was an even amount? She said "well you ate it didn't you?" She was sarcastic and had an attitude. Obviously customer service was not her forte! Does she not understand being in the restaurant business that you are only as good as what you serve your customers, be it the food or the service you provide.

Do not believe what you read on the Internet.......We went to Frankie's on Sun 10/21. The food was disappointing at best. The combo appetizer was way overdone almost burnt. And the wings were in the same condition....dried out like they had been hanging around way too long. The wings were as dry as a bone...then they had the nerve to charge me for additional sauce to make them palatable. Our waiter was very good. Then came the bill.....they over charged me for the wings. One line at several sites 50 wings on their menu are 29.99 I was charge 37.99. When I bought this up to the manager....the conversation went like this...we do not honor prices on line nor do we have a website and we never go on line. So the copies of their "old" menu don't count, the food was lousy and the place is dirty....hmm we won't be back......ever and good to anyone else going there.....

The absolute best wings around! I highly recommend the broccoli bites, the chicken coup and a pitcher of beer to accompany your wings...as far as the wings...the wetter the better : )

I forgot to mention: I like the number 3 wings..just spicy/hot enough to make your lips tingle. The number 4 wings are pretty good too if you like a little heat (too hot for me) but they still have great flavor. I highly recommend giving Frankie's a try. You will not be disappointed, I assure you. You will become a repeat customer.

Frankie's is simply the BEST! Their wings are the best I have ever had, nearly like the original Buffalo wings. They are served with their own delicious blue cheese dressing and carrots, and they have a great selection of beers as well. I like mine #4, which are Extra Hot, but you can get them very mild or very (and I mean VERY) hot, if you prefer. They also have some great appetizers as well, from their tasty broccoli cheddar puffs to fried mushrooms with a wonderful horseradish sauce. So good! It is a very fun, casual place, and the service is always outstanding! If you are in Melbourne, or in Brevard County, stop by, you will NOT be disappointed, I promise you!
