The Chinese food at this restaurant is of excellent quality, with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is mostly geared towards takeout, with a few tables available for dining in. Wanted to switch egg drop soup for Hot sour soup On one of our dinners They said they couldn't do it even though they were the same exact price I had to buy the hot sour soup separately after I ordered four other dinners!Something so simple for a customer it's been going there for 15 years just made me realize there's other places to investigate great wall you lost a great customer for your pettiness,Learn how to run a restaurant to please customers what a joke

Horrible service, rude and nasty. Was treated extremely unprofessionally while trying to place a to go order. Was placed on extended hold, twice and hung up on. Food is marginal compared to SEVERAL other local Chinese restaurants. Do NOT help keep them open. Quality and professionalism don't even rate one star.
