Great food and service.

I arrived at Hurricane Alley at about 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night, the place was packed, and there was a line outside waiting for tables. I placed a to go order at the bar and took my items to go. I ordered 4 different items from the menu: 1. The escargot 2. The King size Soft Shelled Crab Sandwich 3. The Fried Oyster Basket and 4. An order of Oysters Rockefeller. The price was about $63. It took about 45 minutes to get my order but was well worth the wait. The order was well packed. Ever single food item I received was amazing. The escargot and Oysters Rockefeller melted in my mouth. The Fried Oysters and Fried Soft Shelled were battered and fried to perfection. I am a very picky person about food quality so my giving them 5 stars means that ALL the food I ordered was fantastic. The portions were so generous that I was able to eat leftovers for the next day. If you want the best seafood in Boynton, Hurricane Alley is definitely the best place in town.

Horrible service! Our server was super rude and disrespectful. He rushed us to order, them came and threw the straws and cutlery in the table more than once. Never asked if we wanted something to drink and got mad because one person at our table wasn't ready to order right away. We also told him since the beginning that we wanted to split the check and at the end he put it on the table and told us that we needed to figure it out. We decided to not give him a tip and he followed us to the street and said that we shouldn't go to a restaurant like that if we didn't wanted to give tips. We went inside to talk to the manager for a SECOND time and she did nothing while this guy continued to disrespect us! Everything that happened is simply unacceptable!!
