I visited multiple Caribbean eateries looking for griot, but they all said it would be a long wait. Finally, I found a spot that happily agreed to prepare it in just 10 minutes. The dish was worth it - delicious, generously portioned, and expertly seasoned. The place's ambiance reminds me of my mother's homeland, with authentic Haitian vibes that I adore.
