The service at Jim 'N Nick's was impressively fast, and the staff was very friendly. The sandwiches were delicious, especially paired with the famous cheese biscuits. While the barbecue was excellent, the sides and dessert were not as impressive. The manager, Pete, went above and beyond to rectify a mistake in our order, showcasing exceptional customer service.
