Every time we visit, it's a guaranteed crowd scene, but we struck culinary gold at Kelsey's, where Anissa took great care of us. We devoured a mountain of salad and a pizza that had us dreaming of our next visit, and even after a massive order for 42 hungry guests, the service was as friendly as ever!

Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you're ordering delivered food. The last two times were terrible, burnt Philly cheese steaks. Then a Greek antipasto salad that was missing practically everything.Talked to the manager her response was laughable. She said they would return the money still waiting......

Have ordered delivery several times prior and sauces I had paid extra for were missing. I have always just let it go. This time I didn't mind the wait (50 minutes), but missing sauce for coconut shrimp, house salad with only half slice of thin wilted tomato & half slice of green pepper, was not acceptable. They offered to bring the sauce 'right away'; took an hour. Called to speak with a manager & 'Why' was the response I received from the girl answering the phone. Never spoke to a manager & will never order or visit again.

Horrific service, zilch management, wasted time, missing food, and a don't-give-a-crap attitude -- THAT was what I received today instead of the $54.50 takeout order that I'd phoned into the wannabe restaurant. We've been to this restaurant before and it's always been 'just okay,' but tolerable, on a busy weeknight. Yet tonight, when my husband stopped by to pick up our order, the experience was bottom-of-the-barrel. My husband even said, "Did you check the order already?" to the girl, as he paid for it. She confirmed that indeed she had carefully checked the order and that all the food was there. My husband even TIPPED her, although this was a takeout order. But 15 minutes later, when we opened the containers, it was clear that no one had checked the order at all since NONE of the three desserts had been placed in the bag! Of course, they DID charge us for all the desserts! I phoned the restaurant and spoke with a young girl who seemed clueless as to what to do, so I asked for a manager. (I might as well have stuck with the girl. At least, SHE was polite.) Jonathan identified himself as the manager, a title which I found entirely shocking for someone who couldn't figure out how to problem-solve such a simple issue, make things right, and retain a customer. (*Perhaps he's related to the owner and doesn't have to worry about keeping his job?) Jonathan suggested that I could drive back to the restaurant, 15 minutes there, and 15 minutes home, to pick up the desserts. I think NOT. I told him to just credit my card for the desserts. No, he said he couldn't do that, either. So, I told him to send the desserts to my home then. No, he couldn't accommodate in that way. "Well, we're closed now," Jonathan explained. Basically, Jonathan could do nothing, zilch, nada, to fix the error that HIS staff, on HIS watch, in HIS store had caused. As a business owner, I find this to be grossly unacceptable. What would have been nice would have been for Jonathan to take responsibility and to deliver the desserts -- even, HIMSELF -- to salvage a customer. (*They DO deliveries.) But this solution entirely escaped Jonathan; and when I suggested it to him, he was unwilling to take care of his customers and fix the issue caused by his inept, slack employees. Jonathan's lackluster attitude isn't noted on Kelsey's menu, but I received a heaping helping of it and I've had my fill of Kelsey's as a result.

Waited 20 to get a glass of water. Waiter was holding glass of waters gossiping about someone else for at least 2 minutes talking and looking at us. Remember we already waited 20 minutes for the water, Then, we ordered the house pizza which we waited 30 more minute to a pizza that tasted horrible. I felt I was eating a crunchy cracker. Next time I just buy a Digiorno pizza for 5.47 it taste better. Bad service.
