A wonderful meal and terrific food. We also had a wonderful server - (Darlene) who was one of the best servers we have ever had. Will definitely go back many times for your food and service. Will also ask for Darlene again.

Ate there 2 weeks ago. Short wait. Ordered $50 filet. I was served an undersized steak that was tough. Friends had rave reviews--we do not. $100 for a BIG disappointment. Will never go back. SAD

I'm local and this has been my numbers for years. Has always had wonderful staff, atmosphere and the food is fantastic until the summer of 22... The staff has changed. I've always parked at the rear of the restaurant and just 2 weeks ago my family and I noticed there were 6 employees at the rear of the restaurant smoking what smelled like weed. All had what sounded like Jamaican accents. It seems Destin is becoming Panama city. The food wasn't as quality as it has been consistently for years and the staff aren't as friendly anymore. We are sad to say we will no longer be visiting.

Just to let everyone know how rudely we were treated at McGuires restaurant in Destin. We have a person in our group who is highly allergic to many foods because of alpha gal. So we suggested she take her own food with her. We had already ordered and had started our drinks and a very rude waiter (who was not our waiter) told us we had to leave because of the food she brought in. We tried to explain about her life threatening allergies and they didn't care. We walked out then I decided to go back and spoke with manager. He said we could have been seated outside and told him that was not offered to us. I used to love that place but will never eat there again. If restaurants can accommodate ever other problem/disability then because they are in the food industry they need to address this problem. And be much nicer to customers when there is a problem.
Sorry rant over but I am still very upset about it!!

I took my sister, Rose, to McGuire's Destin to have a wonderful eating experience. It turned out to be an exceptional visit. The food and drink are the main reason I keep coming back. Anyone that comes down to visit me always gets a trip to McGuire's !
The other reason is due in part to our server Brandon S. This young man was very polite and knowledgeable. I know all of your staff are trained that way. I greatly appreciate that aspect of service. I would like to single Brandon out. I have been to McGuire's Pensacola and Destin many times and have had great servers. He was kind and attentive. It seemed as if he knew us. He was able to speak our language, the language of older women! My sister and I felt very comfortable laughing and joking with him. Brandon made our adventure most pleasurable.
When we come back we would definitely ask for Brandon to be our server again.
