We ate at Mimi's during lunch on Jan 20, 2011 and found the service to be extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to bring our drinks. From the time we arrived, which was around 1:10 PM until our food was brought to us, one hour had passed. Everyone seemed to be working in slow motion.
