Be cautious about the unexpected 15% gratuity added to your bill without notice. While the dinner buffet price for drinks may be $19.99, the variety of food options at Inchinan Buffet in St. Augustine is truly impressive. The Mongolian grill, sushi rolls, and delicious honey chicken were personal favorites, making the dining experience a success.

If I could leave a negative star I would! I have eaten here a few times before with the only thing negative being the staff are not the friendliest. Oh well.. But day way absolutely horrible. Took my child to the bathroom where she stepped full on into human fecal matter. As I was cleaning her shoe another lady came in and I warned her of the dilemma. As I was cleaning the mess off my child the "manager" came in with a man. Both just kind of laughed and when I asked if my meal could be comped since I lost my appetite to me having to clean up human poo of my kid. I got told no the only thing they could do is take off 5.00. Really!?! And the "manger" had the balls to say I shouldn't be mad. Never going there again
