Took My 88 year old mom out for lunch for a celebration. We have been going there for every thanksgiving and christmas Dinners or the past 10 years. Also ate there at least twice a month. We had a very bad experience in January and I spoke to the Manager named Bernie who promised to send me a gift card, He never did, and we will never go back. Too bad because we loved perkins but when you promised someone something you move forward with that for your word is all you have.
