I was in your Lynn Haven, FL location. A waitress named Sandra just started yelling across the dining floor at a very old couple that wanted to sit in a booth away from other customers. Yelling they couldn't sit there because that section was closed. It was very loud and obnoxious. The time was 5:24pm Sunday, May 29. The old couple decided to leave due to her rudeness. My family and I were about to leave because of her behavior. There were 2 uniformed Sheriff's deputies that got up and left due to Sandra's behavior. They entered and were seated at the same time we were. But, our waitress showed up with our food and felt our innocent waitress should be punished for Sandra's yelling at the old couple. I asked her what her name is she said Sandra. I said it was rude for her to yell across the restaurant. She said she understood that, but she had already told them they couldn't sit there. She felt justified to yell at them. Extremely rude behavior. She is not representing Po' Folks Restaurants in the way I have always experienced your restaurants

Did a curb side pickup order online the food was good did not get the extra homer dressing I order need more than one dressing with big salad.

I have been to Po Folks in Lynn Haven 2 times recently on my lunch hour and it was awful. The 2 ladies working the front Skylar running the register and the short lady with black hair seating people need to get with the program. I only have an hour for lunch and I waited 15 mins. today and only 4 people were seated during that time. There were still 4-5 people in front of me waiting to be seated. So I left. Had I waited I would have been late coming back to work. I don't know if you need to hire more help up front or replace the 2 up front. I would like to eat there the food is good but trying to get seated when you are on a time frame is terrible.
