Really good food!

Ordered the combo plate, listed at 16.95. Got the bill, combo plate charged at 18.95. Asked the waitress, was told 18.95 correct. Had no answer why she didn't tell us price has increased when we ordered. Food ok, nothing special. Service was poor. This place is a dive, filthy floor, no tap water, only bottled. Save your money.
