The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the staff was accommodating with custom orders for food allergies. The sauces provided were tasty, especially when mixed together, and the service was quick and attentive. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and I would consider returning in the future.

Smokey's Real Pit Bar-B-Que, in Pensacola, Florida is outstanding, service, food, and entertainment.
Service is outstanding, promptly served, and always their for your refills. I highly recommend it to anybody that has a hungry appetite, or just a feeling for lunch. All is outstanding, friendly, and awesome atmosphere.

Tried to make a call in order was put on hold for over 5 minutes, called back young lady told me she was really busy, cool no problem, the proceeds to tell me they take care of in store first and if I had a small order she could take it really quick. no ma'am I had a big order for my crew of 5 but nevermind we good over here. I know stores are short handed but to the owner please help your people to understand money is money over the phone or in person. I will try you guys another day.

The portion sizes of the pulled pork sandwich reminded me of a pork sandwich from the grocery store...regular serving on a jumbo bun .. very disappointed..the bbq beans were almost straight out from the can tasting..the French fries were lacking as well .. no flavor.. Brother's bbq is the best as far as I'm concerned.

Went inside and Not a single employee was wearing a mask . Been coming here for years .
Lost my business and going to share the sad news they can’t protect their customers.
