Server was friendly. View was nice but not nice enough to make up for hard chicken and half of a meal that we got when we were ready to leave. None of the staff wore masks. Save your money.

Never Again! been going here for almost three years when family is in town, it was the go to place. Went by my self tonight for a couple of pitchers and appetizer's. Bar was slow, service was slow. when the bartender wanted to a break, she had a waitress come over and told her, " I don't want somebody running off with out paying, if you know what I mean." It was me and some other guy she knew. When I asked for my check, she added and extra pitcher on to it. No need to make a scene, just lost my business for good.

Garbage. This restaurant is the absolute worst place to eat within 1,000 miles. The only reviews with more than 1 star has to be family. The food is just terrible, and the service is just as bad. I don't want to get into what my wife and i ordered but it was all extremely trash, and we spent $33. for the garbage.

To the families who enjoy a friendly, respectful, tasteful, and family friendly place to eat in Weeki Wachee, do not waste your time with "The Upperdeck" restaurant. Tonight was the worst experience our families have ever had at a restaurant. The management consists of one guy who could care less about the value of his employees, food, and customers. The employees are in the weeds, forgetting things, never stopping to ask if we need anything, in fact the only thing the manager did say was "what now" when we asked for something. It took an hour and a half to get our appetizers, drinks were empty almost the whole dinner, silverware was short, we would raise our hands to get attention, all of our food was from the microwave yet it still took 3 hours to get to our table. After all of this instead of an apology, the manager ended up having words with us, and our whole family walked out of that restaurant angry and upset. That will be the last time we ever step foot in that restaurant. We are never the type to sit at the table and complain, or let alone go out of our way to write a review on this when we are on VACATION, but we feel it would be wrong of us to not knowledge others of the terrible experience we had at The Upper Deck Restaurant.

This riverside restaurant is the hidden gem of Hernando County! The food is great! The entertainment next to manatee-filled waters is unbelievable. The atmosphere under the umbrellas with awesome drinks and a lovely server are hard to find in Florida( a sad but true fact). If you are not frequenting the Upper Deck, you are certainly missing out! My family and friends are so thrilled with me for discovering the only restaurant in Hernando with a REAL waterfront experience...dolphin too!
P.S. Try the Cajun Crab Boil and the Fish Spread

The Upper Deck is an excellent place to go and eat. The food is great. The service is the best. The waitress we had was excellent! You have to try it!!

The Upper Deck is "the place" to go in Weeki Wachee for a great view of the river, beach and a large variety of marinelife including manatee. They have a relaxing non-smoking atmosphere and separate dining areas. Their food is good and the service is excellent. They have live bands a few nights a week and food specials most nights. There is ample parking and taxi service for those who celebrate without DD's.
