I tried to go inside to order, and all three self-service kiosks were down, & had go to the counter to order with a crew member. I didn't wanna order on the app because I wanted to see if they would do half spicy nuggets & half not spicy. then I guess she looked like the manager on duty said that they can't take any walk up orders that I have to use the kiosk. I told her that the kiosks are down, to see the crew @ the counter. Refused to take my order, even though I could hear the drive thru getting their orders taken. She just shook her head NO @ me. I ended up ordering online & I made sure I stood there & watched them make the nuggets so they didn't spit in my food. WORST customer service ever!
