It's disappointing to see the familiar sign on the door indicating the closure of the restaurant, a place that held a special spot in my heart. The memories of enjoying the best pho in Fort Collins flood back, with its fresh bean sprouts, jalapeños, and Thai basil. Little Saigon, please come back soon - your pho was truly unmatched in the area.

I've been eating there for years, grew up in Fort Collins and the distance from where I was staying was never an issue for wanting to come and eat in or take out. The Hot and Sour Soup at L.S.C. is the Best in Northern Colorado hands down, the Garden Rolls are to die for, and the Friendly Pork & Shrimp is a great choice. Try the Vietmanese Barbque! The service is good, prices average for F.C., and you won't be sorry to give this place a try!
