I've been enjoying Bagelmania since before I was born, and the friendly service has always impressed me. The bagels and black and white cookies stand out as exceptional, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxed, making it a pleasant dining experience. Whether it's breakfast, brunch, or lunch, the food is consistently delicious, and the portions are generous, so I'm sure to return for more.

I will never go back. I went for lunch with my dad who is 90. We had two sandwiches, one cup of soup a coke, a coffee, and 3/4 lb of pastrami to go. I asked them not to cut it until i leave. After lunch i realized i needed corned beef not pastrami. I ordered it and they said ok.
We went to pay. The check was just scribbles they add it ip at the register. I was not paying attention. It rang up to over $81.
I asked them about it they said i had 1 1:2 lbs of meat. I told them i only ordered 3/4. They said since they had already cut the pastrami (which i did not order) I had to take it. I told them that and suggested they donate it with the rest of leftover food to shelter or homeless. They were shocked said they don't do that. I asked what they do with the food and they said they throw it out and they said yes it was too much trouble to donate it to the needy.
My father in law did not want to make waves so he sent me outside and paid. I went in and asked for a breakdown of check and they refused. .
When i got home and checked the menu it added up to about $27 for our meal and even with 1 3/4 lb of meat at $15 lb it would still add up to about $42.
The owner was quite obnoxious and rude and nasty.
The owner tool advantage of a 80 year old man.
Who does that?
I will never return and will pass this story on to anyone who will listen because we cannot let this happen to someone else.
I urge you all
