Well, I really love this restaurant specially when I worked there in 1992, it was for a short period but I make soo many friendas and I could say that I learned english while cleaning tables and serving water and bread...oh the food was great, manicotti was the best in the menu.

wow, what a fantastic dinner we had at nicks. it was my parents anniversary and we brought them and a few of their friends to dinner. when we walked into the restaurant you really get that family italian type feeling. we were greeted by a great looking young man who was very welcoming and seated us upstairs. we were soon approached by our waiter who was very caring and took great care of us during our entire stay. i ordered nicks special thin crust pizza and italian eggrolls for the table as appetizers and both were delicious. then we ordered our entrees which included seafood puttanesca, seafood tortelli( my favorite ) nicks artihoke chicken and 2 veal dishes. they were all fabulous. after dinner the owner came by to see if everything was alright and wished my parents a happy anniversary.( i tipped off our server ) then we listened to the band that was playing which was great because the sang alot of the classics which my parents loved. the desserts were great and the homemade tiramasu was to die for. i highly recommend this restaurant for a great dinig experience.

Nick's has been one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Ft Lauderdale. The food is amazing. However, the greeter/bartender Ken is overwhelmed. Nick's needs a bartender that is attentive to the bar and making drinks. After ordering drinks and an appetizer we had no contact with Ken until I had to ask for our check before ordering an entree. Never asked if we wanted another drink, although our glasses were empty for 15 minutes. He continued to argue with different wait staff and ignored others at the bar who had empty glasses. Was totally frustrated with the computer system. Won't be back unless we get it to go. We use to enjoy sitting at the bar to eat and talk with Nicholas and the other older bartender/greeter. Ken should just sit people and stay away from serving at the bar.

I'm from New York, and whenever we are in Fort Lauderdale we make it a point to have dinner at Nick's! The portions are generous, and the food is wonderful. The service is great. My favorite dinner is the Chicken San Remo. Looking forward to our next trip to Fort Lauderdale, and dinner at Nick's!!

I am from Ohio, but I been to this restaurant many times. I plan to stop on my way to Key West, because I think it's the best pizza, hands down. I've had other dishes from Nick's, but the pizza is what keeps me coming back! The owner is so friendly as is all the staff.

Very disappointed with food quality however the service was very good. Would not return and do not recommend.

I brought some out of town guests to Nick's. We sat out on the second floor balcony that gave us a beautiful view. One of my guests was a vegan and the staff gave the utmost attention to his specific dining needs. The food was great! Service was fast and excellant, and the price was moderate for the quality and amount of food. I'm going back by myself today to get a take-out order of bruschetta.
