Top China is a local Chinese restaurant located conveniently next to Flippers on Taft and 69th. With a small dining area, it caters more towards takeout and delivery orders. While it may not offer anything extraordinary, it serves as a reliable option for a quick and satisfying Chinese meal in the area.

Poor customer service.
Horrible tasting POO-POO PLATER, Horrible egg rolls, Horrible noodles.the food taste Horrible.

I order Chinese food maybe once a week and almost every weekend and I seem to have a problem with the shrimps , they DO NOT CLEAN THEM & it always has POOP on them that is just plain NASTY , DISGUSTING!!!. The food is great but you guys need to clean your shrimps, I'm sure am not the only one that receives dirty poop shrimps . I give them a courtesy call to let them know about it and that give me SH-T about it ( that they change owners) WOW please I been having this issue for a long time and I have never complained to them but I have had it!! . It suck because the food is really great !
