got delivery service, that was good, the wings were great.. BUT whoever heard of a Cuban sandwich with nothing but meat.. oh well.. not ordering that again..

My complaint is about service. I called to order 25 flats and was told "we can't do it now." I asked what do you mean we can't do it now? She said I'll check, came back with the same answer, "we can't do it now."I said if 2 people came in and ordered a 10 piece and 15 piece (both flats) you would tell them you "can't do it now." This was about 7 P.M. Needless to say they did not get my order for 100 wings for the party I was going to have after that experience. They lost a few more customers/recommendations, because I'm telling all my friends.

I can't tell you how upset I was. My wife (Suffering from Alzheimer's and shortly after died) Loved the food. It was her favorite place. I got take out 2-3 times a week. Then one night they tell me "Closed for a private party" When I asked why didn't they tell their customers, the guy who was running the show said a sign had been in the window. It wasn't there the night before , I know, I was there. I hate to be treated like a chump, specially by places where I spend money (Figure take out for 2, 2-3 times a week for 2 years ... do the math) I figure I was due a little common courtesy. I walked out and never went back. And never will .. that's their idea of customer service. Go elsewhere. Lots of good places to spend your money !

I have eaten here with my family for YEARS!! Since the original owner died and his family no longer works there this place has gone down the tubes!!! The new MANAGEMENT is horrible and treats you like they're doing you a favor!! Guess what? There are plenty of other wings restaurants where you are treated like a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! I hope this new ownership gets what they give out!!

Been eating here for more than 10 years, and weekly for the past three years. The best wings in South Florida by far. Great people, I always enjoy it!

The attitude was horrible just trying to order. There was no customer satisfaction at all. I thought what the customer wanted was priority, but it was what they felt like doing instead. Bad business.....

I have eaten at this particular restaurant for over 21 years. I have to say that like the economy the service and quality of food is aweful. RIP.

Terrible attitude from management!. ordered for delivery @ 11:30 am for a 12:30 delivery, Food arrived 1:27, wilted salad, cold fries, and the wrong wing order. Called back & was told would be given a store credit for wings. WHO WANTS IT!
Plan on disputing charge & will never eat there again.

Great wings with crispy delicious curly fries. The best crispy wings around. Clam strips great too. Service was fine and quick. A must stop for wings fans!!!

I have to comment because of the other review.. I first ate at this place a few weeks ago, and have been ADDICTED ever since!! The waitstaff is amazing and very polite.. There WAS a moron on the phone when i ordered takeout once, but i think she was training as she kept asking other people the questions i was asking her.. But overall these are THE best wings EVER and the atmosphere is very cozy and laid back. And i dont really know how one could judge a restaraunts management from going to grab some wings.. lol

Terrible attitude from managers and staff. Will never eat at another Wing Plus again due to this location. Left a bad taste in my mouth. No food is worth dealing with poor management and staff. Save your self the stress and go to another wing place.
