Many years ago golden china ranked among the best Asian restaurants in Fort Wayne. I honestly don't know why they are open for business, especially since covid shut-down caused many eateries to go out of business.
Service was terrible. Very rude and argumentative waitress. She also could be heard arguing loudly with a customer who came in for a carry out and they had lost the order.....Super greasy and undercooked eggrolls that contained little more than raw cabbage. Tasteless crab rangoon. Lo mein noodles were super salty, as if they were soaked in soy sauce. Steamed rice was undercooked and crunchy.
Shrimp with lobster sauce has sufficient shrimp, but no lobster sauce taste. Very bland instead with very old frozen peas that were practically wood pellets and inedible. Shrimp also contained mud veins. Wine list is one of the cheapest wines on the planet..... Don't waste your hard earned dollars here.
