I recently tried Analia's Cafe in Frederick for the first time and I must say, it was a delightful introduction to Greek cuisine. While I didn't find anything particularly exceptional about the overall food, the fries stood out to me as exceptionally good. The atmosphere was fantastic, the portions were generous, and the staff were incredibly kind - I can't believe I hadn't tried this place sooner!

The gyros are flavorful and stuffed thick. We always order the dolmades and tzatziki because they set the bar high and no other Greek restaurant compares. The rice pudding and baklava are crazy delicious. The owners are kind and create a welcoming atmosphere. Also, they have a solid pandemic ethic. Wonderful!
