Best general Tsos chicken by far

This by far was the worst Kung pao chicken I have ever had. 1/2 of this dish was celery 1/3 carrots with a few pieces of chicken thrown in. A few peanuts and I swear there was one water chestnut in the whole dish. Save your money!
