Always have good donuts but I wish they would deliver. That's the only thing bad I can say about them I just wish they would deliver.

I've been going to Paul's for 50 years. My grandmother and mother frequented as well. Took us when we were little. Every time I go now, they're closed. When I've been able to catch them open, rarely, the customer service is not customer friendly. Most ppl work til 4:00, or later in the day. I'm so disappointed with it now that I've gone else where. They could have so much more business if they'd stayed open later at least a couple days a week for those of us that work for a living.
They've done nothing but take their own business down, shameful way to do business! They'll close soon.

I can honestly say I have been a HUGE CUSTOMER of Paul's Bakery over the last 45 years and I am sorry to see how the bakery has changed. It's no longer customer friendly for busy lifestyle. Hours are horrible for the working individual or anything last minute cake wise you may need. Prepaid orders are no longer available via phone for anything. Sad to see such a wonderful product and place be so non customer friendly. Since it changed hands understandably from Paul and Sandy it's just not the same. 😢😢😢
